These terms apply to the public Zero G Foundry website. They do not replace a signed client, partner, product, employment, investment, or confidentiality agreement.

Scope

The site retains a minimal public entry and website notices. Earlier promotional and research materials are no longer published here. Specific work begins only through an applicable written agreement issued by the entity that will own that work. Visiting the site, sending an inquiry, or reviewing a private memorandum does not by itself create an advisory, fiduciary, partnership, employment, investment, or client relationship.

Use of the site

You may view, link to, and use public materials for lawful internal evaluation. Do not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass access or security controls, introduce malicious code, misrepresent the source of material, or use a name, mark, quotation, or image in a way that implies an endorsement or relationship that has not been authorized.

Research and evidence boundaries

Research expresses the analysis available on its publication date and may change as sources, systems, and operating conditions change. Illustrative frameworks are not legal, financial, medical, security, compliance, procurement, or implementation advice. Versioned technical artifacts should be read with their methodology, assumptions, and limitations; a synthetic reference run is not customer or production-outcome evidence.

Ownership and attribution

Unless a page says otherwise, the site’s original text, design, marks, and media are owned by or used with permission by the applicable rights holder. Third-party names and source material remain the property of their owners. Reasonable quotation and linking should preserve attribution and context. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial reuse beyond what applicable law permits requires prior written permission.

External services

Links may route to implementation providers, capability platforms, source publishers, or other external services. Each destination keeps its own scope, claims, evidence, privacy practices, and terms. A link does not create a partnership, certification, endorsement, or responsibility for an external destination.

Availability and responsibility

The public site is provided on an “as available” basis. We may correct, update, suspend, or remove material without preserving every prior version. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zero G Foundry does not promise that public content is complete for your circumstances or that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. You remain responsible for the decisions you make using public material.
